NO Monthly Fees on any Plan
In addition to the selected plan, Licensee pays a super small fee of 0.008 (or $8 per $1,000) of the commission amount paid to TN Realty, LLC.
There is little to NO profit in this fee (and sometimes a loss). Approximately half of it, 0.004 (or $4 per $1,000), is a Tax Fee to pay the City & County Business tax levied on each transaction. The other half goes towards much of our overhead expenses.
This super tiny fee is vital to keeping our agent plans the best around!!!
