Chris Ladd grew up in Nashville and attended Overton High School. He played college basketball at Chattanooga State Community College where he was voted All-Conference his sophomore year. He completed his bachelor’s degree from Tennessee Tech in Biology and has a Master’s degree from Middle Tennessee State. He received his real estate license in 2006.
